Privacy Policy

Swanson's Electric Inc. ("we," "us"), 2430 Vanderbilt Beach Road, 108-405, Naples, FL 34109, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through swansonselectric.us and in the course of providing electrical services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Inquiries: name, email, phone, project location, client type, and your message.
- Project information: plans, photos, site and gate access notes, equipment details, and permit records.
- Billing information: invoices and payment records. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
- Technical data: basic server logs used for security. The storm ready check runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule work, and prepare quotes;
- To perform work and obtain permits and inspections;
- To coordinate with builders, property managers, HOAs, and the utility as needed;
- To invoice, keep records, and honor warranties;
- To handle complaints and disputes, and to comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed with building departments, the electric utility, equipment suppliers and manufacturers, your builder or property manager when you're working with one, payment and scheduling providers, and authorities when required by law.
Retention
Project and permit records are kept as long as needed for warranty, licensing, and tax purposes. Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access codes and gate information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@swansonselectric.us. Some records must be retained for legal reasons.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
